Holy Trinity Orthodox Church of Taipei

These are pictures from my parish church, which is part of the Metropolitanate of Hong Kong and South East Asia, under the spiritual jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriach of Constantinople.

The alter of our church.  The icon on the far left is of the Resurection.  The middle icon is the Old Testament Trinity with Christ serving communion on either side.  In front serving as our iconostasis is an icon of Christ.
From Christmas of 2004, Father and I decorated the balcony of the church for Christmas.  There was a contest in the community for who had the most beautiful decorations, but we were disqualified because we over did it.

Laying flowers on the icon of the Decent from the Cross in the funeral service on Good Friday.
Everyone stands with lit candles during the Resurection service at Pasca (Easter).
Dinner after the Christmas service, this is the first time some of us had eaten meat for over a month.
